Paul Klayder
Paul Klayder, Chief Financial Officer, serves on the Executive Committee and once worked for one of the largest accounting firms in the nation. His previous experience of auditing large and small companies, both for-profit and not-for-profit, gave him a wide variety of fiscal skills that he applies in his current position managing bank relations, budgeting, monitoring cash flow, and evaluating current and proposed operations.
Mr. Klayder joined the KVC team in 1991 to fulfill a desire to work for a service organization, one that would provide help to those in need. He has been instrumental in the development, analysis and negotiation of KVC initiatives around the country. Working to help implement quality outcomes for children and families, Mr. Klayder helps define KVC’s commitment to fiscal accountability and responsibility.
Mr. Klayder is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s in business administration and accounting from the University of Kansas.
