Kyle Kessler
Kyle Kessler, Vice President - Public Affairs, supervises the communications and development departments, but also manages government affairs by meeting with legislators, executive staff members and public policy officials.
Before joining KVC in June 2007, Mr. Kessler worked in state government for 10 years. He has also served as a Deputy Secretary in the Kansas Department of Social Rehabilitation Services and has past experience working with legislators in the governor’s budget office. His previous work in government offices allowed him to hone his skills in analyzing public policy and public finance, and fostering relationships that have proven beneficial to his work at KVC.
Mr. Kessler has served on the Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Topeka. He holds bachelor’s degrees in history and political science from Emporia State University and a master’s in public administration from Kansas State University.
