Philosophy of Care
Our philosophy is to provide compassionate and effective care through the use of timely, individualized treatment planning in collaboration with the child, family and the community. Our mission is to ensure that children and families find the treatment experience to be nurturing and therapeutic. In an effort to achieve the most effective treatment possible, we provide an integrated approach to care (addressing both the medical and psychiatric needs of youth), utilize evidence-based treatment and best practice models, closely collaborate with community health centers and adhere to the highest and most stringent safety standards.
Our no-reject, no-eject admissions and discharge policy ensures that every child will receive treatment. Every child and adolescent referred to us, regardless of the severity of the problem, will be accepted into our care. Whether the child has autism with no speech or language skills, is angry and combative or suffers from depression with thoughts of suicide, we will serve the child and provide the utmost care.
