About KVC Kentucky

When a family is facing a behavioral health challenge, or a child has suffered abuse or neglect, KVC is there with the help and support necessary to move through those difficult times.

KVC is a division of KVC Health Systems, Inc.a private not-for-profit organization providing a continuum of medical and behavioral healthcare, education and social services to children and families.  KVC Health Systems has established itself as a leading organization for human services across five states.

KVC provides mental health services and educational opportunities in a setting that values dignity, respect, honesty and integrity. We deliver these innovative and effective services in a culturally sensitive manner, respectful of a child and family’s strengths and values.

KVC uses the wraparound approach to services and facilitates connections to  community resources. We subcontract with the Kentucky Department of Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID) and  the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services to provide IMPACT Plus services.

KVC is a provider of services through the Diversion grant, a grant initiative provided by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services.  KVC works closely with Fayette, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Jessamine, Lincoln, Madison and Scott County Departments of Community-Based Services in connecting with families who have the greatest need.
