KVC provides child-centered, family-focused therapies for children and families with behavioral health needs. Many of the children served by KVC are living in foster homes, being cared for in psychiatric facilities or are at risk of removal from their homes because of their behavioral health challenges.
We provide therapeutic interventions for these children and families and assist them in determining their goals and objectives. Our highly-trained staff of clinicians, service coordinators and therapeutic child support workers aid the child and family through direct work with them, as well as working with community partners, including schools, healthcare providers, courts, churches, DCBS, DJJ and Partners for Youth.
