SUMMARY:National Family Reunification Month
DESCRIPTION:During the month of June\, KVC recognizes and celebrates families that have reunited after their children were removed from their home for safety reasons and placed in foster care. These families have worked hard to overcome obstacles\, resolve conflicts and learn healthy skills in order for their children to safely return home. Last year\, KVC helped over 600 families safely reunify after one or more of their children were in foster care. We applaud and honor these families who worked incredibly hard! Learn more about our in-home services. \nSuccess stories: \n\nSingle Father Works Hard to Safely Reunite Family\nFamily Support Services Help Single Mother Overcome Obstacles\nTeen Who Endured Childhood Trauma Finds Healing Through Therapy\nFather Overcomes Substance Abuse to Bring His Young Son Safely Home\nTrauma Narrative Helps Teen Heal from Childhood Abuse\nThe Daniels Family’s Reunification Story\nKansas Mother Works Hard to be Reunited With Her Children\n\n
