KVC Building Families Campaign: Home Stretch!
KVC is close to reaching the Building Families Capital Campaign goal to raise $6 million to create the Institute for Practice Improvement and Innovations in Child and Family Services. The Institute will be an addition to KVC’s campus in Olathe, Kansas. Through this institute, KVC can propel proven initiatives into direct service, taking them to scale much more quickly than currently occurs, to the benefit of thousands more children and families each year.
In addition, this will allow KVC to relocate staff from its existing leased Johnson County facility, thereby eliminating a nearly $450,000 annual lease payment. As cuts continue to be made to child welfare funding, this will significantly improve KVC’s ongoing operations without incurring cuts in direct service to families. Historically, KVC employees have made a tremendous impact with their collective gifts, and we hope you will consider pledging your support for this exciting endeavor. Together, we can change the face of foster care throughout the country!

Every Donation Makes a Huge Impact!
If every KVC employee gives $5 each pay period, we will reach our goal of $300,000. Seventy-seven percent (77%) of employees have pledged more than $196,000. If you are one of the 964 employees already giving, THANK YOU!
If you haven’t made a pledge, please sign up to make your gift through payroll deduction today. Visit Ultipro. Then click on Myself > Life Events > Capital Campaign Sign-up!
For questions about the campaign, contact Michelle Lawrence, Vice President of Development, at (913) 322-4941 or mlawrence@kvc.org.
NOTE: Do not click on the Donate button below. Employees should make their contribution through Ultipro (see instructions above).
