Amy Crawford, MHSA
Amy Crawford, MHSA serves as Executive Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for KVC Health Systems and the KVC Foundation. In this role, she leads enterprise-wide revenue cycle operations that are essential to the sustainability of KVC’s mission, ensuring services are accurately billed and reimbursed across the organization.
Amy oversees revenue cycle staff and performance metrics, monitors changes in the payer landscape and their organizational impact, identifies opportunities for digital transformation, and partners closely with system leadership to align clinical, operational and financial strategies.
She brings nearly two decades of healthcare leadership experience, having spent 18 years in hospital revenue cycle roles throughout the Kansas City region. Most recently, Amy served in revenue cycle leadership positions at Children’s Mercy for nearly 12 years and at NKC Health for six years. She is passionate about mentoring future healthcare leaders and serves as an alumni mentor for the University of Kansas Medical Center’s Master of Health Services Administration program.
Amy earned her Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2008 and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, applying an efficiency-driven approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
