Katie Easley, in her role of Executive Vice President of Strategy and Planning, leads KVC Health Systems’s Project Management Office (PMO). She ensures the department provides consistent methodologies, tools, and governance to ensure that projects are executed effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with our overall priorities.

Katie is highly organized, a forward thinker, and an amazing problem-solver. At the core of that is Katie’s ability to know exactly what questions to ask of all stakeholders when leaning into a new initiative.
