Jenny Kutz, MBA
Jenny Kutz is Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications for KVC Health Systems, a national leader in behavioral healthcare, child welfare, and health and human services. She leads KVC’s enterprise marketing, brand, communications, and digital strategy, aligning market positioning with organizational growth priorities across a $320 million, multi-state network of local nonprofits serving children, adults, families, and communities.
Jenny oversees KVC’s integrated marketing and communications function, which serves more than 2,800 employees across 65+ locations and supports 10 business units and joint ventures. Her responsibilities include enterprise brand strategy, digital experience, reputation management, workforce marketing, content strategy, internal communications, media relations, customer experience, marketing technology, and strategic communications that strengthen referrals, philanthropy, workforce recruitment, and organizational growth. She also provides executive leadership for KVC’s digital ecosystem, including more than 10 public-facing websites, enterprise CRM platforms supporting over 150,000 stakeholders, and integrated digital marketing initiatives.
Since joining KVC in 2013, Jenny has helped guide the organization’s brand and culture through significant growth, acquisitions, and joint venture partnerships. Under her leadership, KVC has contributed to national recognition including being named the #15 Best-Led Company in the U.S. (Glassdoor), earning a Top 1% employer ranking nationwide through Indeed’s Work Wellbeing Score, and achieving employee engagement that is nearly twice the national average (Gallup). She has led system-wide brand evolution and digital transformation initiatives, expanded inbound marketing through more than 1,700 published articles, launched KVC’s award-winning Thriving magazine, advanced employee engagement and workforce branding initiatives, and helped significantly increase foster family recruitment.
Before joining KVC, Jenny held marketing leadership roles with the technology company Rhythm Engineering and the international nonprofit WorldServe International, and she operated a marketing consulting practice serving more than 40 organizations. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College (IL). You can find her on LinkedIn.
