Those nominated are positive to KVC’s culture and exemplary examples of KVC’s values like being authentic, showing compassion, fighting to preserve family connections, being a collaborator, working towards continuous improvement, showing urgency and innovation, and a dedication to diversity and inclusion.

These are people that know the work we do matters greatly in the lives of children and families. KVC’s empathetic values guide the work we do often asking ourselves, “What would we want for our own child?”. Hand in hand, we find empathy to understand the feelings and experiences of clients and one another. Because of this, those nominated may be featured for Leading with Empathy through the compassion they exhibit at KVC.
