National Adoption Day aims to raise awareness of the more than 117,000 U.S. children in foster care waiting to find permanent, loving families. On November 28, 2019, judges nationwide will open their courtrooms to help facilitate the adoption finalizations of children who have been matched with a forever family and raise awareness for the thousands of children still in need of an adoptive family.
