On Aug. 25, the 24th Annual KVC Kids Classic Golf Tournament united sponsors, attendees and volunteers in an incredible day of giving — raising more than $156,000! Together, this caring community strengthened KVC’s mission of ensuring children and teens are safe and connected to strong families and healthy communities.

We are deeply grateful to our Title Sponsor, Brown & Brown, as well as our many generous corporate sponsors, donors, committee members, golfers and volunteers. Because of your generosity and dedication, this year’s tournament was an outstanding success. Most importantly, you’ve helped us create brighter futures for children, teens and families in our community.

We welcomed 160 golfers to the exclusive, members-only Canyon Farms Golf Club in Lenexa, Kansas — each one ready to make a difference. A cooler-than-usual August day made for perfect playing conditions as participants enjoyed refreshing cocktails from Patrón, grab-and-go goodies from Nothing Bundt Cakes and Chick-fil-A, and a mid-day ice cream break courtesy of Melt Box Ice Cream.

After an exciting day on the course, golfers celebrated with a delicious Mexican meal, prize drawings and the crowning of our winning teams. With deluxe golf swag in hand and memories to last, we’re already counting down to next year — see you in 2026!
