KVC Health Systems presented its 44th Hero Award to the Washington, D.C. Child and Family Services Agency led by Director Brenda Donald at its 2014 Annual Meeting on October 16. A partnership with KVC has helped the agency dramatically improve outcomes for children and families.
KVC’s consulting to Washington, D.C.’s child welfare agency resulted in 47% fewer children removed from their homes each month and children spending significantly less time in foster care.
